Attention: VENDORS SERVING TAYCOR, INC.

This procedure needs to be completed within 30 days of your company receiving our order.  If these confirmation requirements are not followed, a 5% discount will be taken off the invoice.  Shipment of the order will authorize such a deduction if instructions are not followed. 

All orders must be in an Excel compatible format with the following fields of information:

• UPC – 12 digits – no dashes or spaces
• Supplier Name
• Supplier Sku #
• Description — Used for our register receipts.  Maximum of 30 characters.
• Minimum Order Quantity—This is the minimum number of retail units we can purchase
• Quantity ordered—this is the total number of retail units TAYCOR, INC.  ordered.
• Cost— our cost per retail unit
• Suggested Retail – if available
• Prepriced—please put Y or N.  If it is Y, then the suggested retail column data matches the price listed on the merchandise.

The columns must be submitted in this order.  Additional info can be placed after the prepriced column if you would like to provide it to us.
